Nicola McDonnell, CPGS General Manager
General Manager of ConferencePlus Global Services, Nicola McDonnell joined the ConferencePlus team in 1999, soon after the opening of ConferencePlus’ first international subsidiary in Dublin, Ireland. In her current position, Nicola has ultimate responsibility for general management of all departmental functions in Dublin including Operations, IT, Customer Care, Human Resources and Business Development.
Prior to being named General Manager, Ms. McDonnell held the position of Senior Operations Manager. She was responsible for leading the Operations and Customer Care departments, as well as coordinating the training and development of all staff across European operations.
Nicola is a graduate of University College Dublin with an international degree in Languages (BA International) and also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Foreign Language Communication from Dublin City University. |
