Gary Ratkiewicz, Senior Vice President Sales
Mr. Ratkiewicz joined the ConferencePlus management team in October of 2002 and has ultimate responsibility for all sales results.
Gary came to ConferencePlus from MCI where he had a successful career in sales leadership in which he created and led the National Account Conferencing Program, growing revenue by over 150% in just two years. His reputation as a developer of individuals and the teams in which they participate is exemplary of his dedication and understanding of the successful meshing of corporate objectives and the personal growth goals of each employee. Mr. Ratkiewicz is also known for his ability to design and effect organizational vision and change. Immediately after joining ConferencePlus, Gary lead the initiative to create the new ConferencePlus brand and services, launched in 2003.
Gary brings to ConferencePlus more than 25 years of industry experience having started in the mailroom of Illinois Bell and progressing through to senior leadership positions with both AT&T, MCI and now ConferencePlus. Gary Ratkiewicz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University (1979). |
