FAQs: Reservations by Phone

Q: How can I arrange regularly scheduled conferences, or conferences that cannot be scheduled online?
A: Phone reservations can be made at any time by calling ConferencePlus Reservations at 877 748 SAVE (7283). When placing a reservation for a recurring conference, let us know the time, day, duration and frequency of your meeting.

Q: How much advance notice do you need?
A: Advance notice is not required. Our ability to handle on-demand conference calls for daily business meetings is one of the hallmarks of our service. Advance notice is required, however, for Conference Passcode calls of 75 or more parties or for conferences that require more sophisticated services such as polling or queuing. Scheduling of Conference Passcode calls of 75 or more parties is handled by our Strategic Services group, which is a special team of experts who work with you to discuss your special needs, offer suggestions in advance of the meeting and assure success with your special events.

Q: What is your policy on allowing last minute additions or deletions?
A: Simply call our reservations number and let the operator know you would like to add or delete parties for your call. Because an Operator is always available if you need them, additions can be made even after a meeting is in progress. The Host can dial "*0" on his/her touch-tone phone to ask the Operator to connect additional parties at any time.

Q: Do you charge cancellation fees?
A: ConferencePlus does not charge cancellation fees for Conference Passcode or Conference Anytime service. However, we request 24-hour notice when canceling calls including more than 30 sites, as a courtesy to other customers.

Q: How do I know the reservation is set up properly?
A: A presenter and audience invitation is provided via e-mail for every reservation. Audience e-mail invitations provide ease and flexibility for the host or arranger to share the details of the conference call with the participants. Simply forward a copy of the audience invitation to all participants and put an end to wasted time at the fax machine or multiple voice mail messages.

Q: Can I schedule a reservation through the Internet?
A: Reservations for your Conference Passcode can be made through the Account Dashboard page. From this single location you can schedule, change or cancel a Conference Passcode call or Web Only call, as well as subscribe to, start and manage Conference Anytime calls.
